Education
North Shore United Methodist Church loves to learn. We have opportunities for eduction on Sunday mornings and during the week for children, youth and adults. Whether it is a book discussion, Bible study or a learning about a social service agency or other topic, you’ll be sure to learn something new with us.
The Parable Project
The Christian Education Program is currently working on The Parable Project. Children and Youth are learning the Parables Jesus used to teach about the reign of God. Parables are simple stories that are filled with deep theological meaning about God’s hope for our world.
We have learned “The Parable of the Bridesmaids,” “The Good Shepherd” and “The Sower and the Seed”. We will finish our Project with a Worship Presentation on Sunday, March 18. The parables will be explored through art, craft, movement, music, drama and puppets. Come and experience these amazing stories!
